Orleans, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — Orleans water customers are being advised to boil their water today. A contractor struck a main yesterday, causing a major service disruption. Water had been restored to all or most properties last night, but breaching the line means that bacteria or other contaminants might have made their way in.
