Spencer, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — The paving project on 4th Avenue West in Spencer begins today. The street will be closed for approximately four weeks, which means the section of bike trail that runs on the street will also be closed.

No admission will be allowed into the construction zone. Bikers and pedestrians are asked to enjoy other sections of the recreational trail.
