Orange City, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — Two out-of-state men were arrested on multiple charges following a police chase through Sioux and O’Brien Counties Sunday.
Orange City police attempted to stop 21 year old Henry Otchere of Fridley, Minnesota Sunday evening – they say for erratic driving. He failed to stop, leading authorities on a chase up Highway 60 that ended near Sheldon, at one point turning off his headlights.
After a search of the vehicle Otchere was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of cannabidiol, possession of drug paraphernalia; eluding, reckless driving, and failure to use headlamps; and operating a non-reigstered vehicle.
His passenger – 18 year old Jayden Hopkins of Denver, Colorado – was charged with having a false identification card and was also served outstanding warrants from Colorado for robbery and assult.
