Spirit Lake, IA (KICD) — An incident that allegedly happened last Friday has resulted in the arrest of a Sioux Falls man.

43-year-old Darin Naatjes was threatening to shoot and kill people and blow up a convenience store the incident took place in. Naatjes allegedly refused to leave after being told to leave repeatedly.

Naatjes was charged with terrorism 1st offense and trespassing. He was arrested and booked into the Dickinson County jail on a $10,000 bond.
