Spencer, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — Clay County Fair Manager Jason Brockshus arranged a special surprise for Veteran’s Day.

The program keynoter was Southwest Minnesota native Brigadier General Craig Bargfrede.

Bargfrede says there is – or should be – an Espir de corp among past members of the military.

The General encourages veterans to plug into their local Legion or VFW clubs.
