Spencer, IA (KICD) — A 17-year-old male juvenile was charged with drug possession last week.

The Clay County Sheriff’s department made a traffic stop in the 33 hundred mile of Highway 18 late Wednesday night. The driver had no driver’s license.  A search of the vehicle allegedly uncovered marijuana and nicotine vaping products.

After booking he was released to his mother.
