SPIRIT LAKE, IA (Northwestiowanow) – A 49-year-old man faces a felony grooming charge in Dickinson County.

According to court records, the charge stems from an alleged offense that took place on Friday, September 11th.

49-year-old Daniel Jo Fox was arrested by the Spirit Lake Police Department and taken into custody on Monday, September 28th, around 4:32 p.m. in connection with the case.

He was charged with one count of grooming, a Class D felony.  Fox was held in the Dickinson County Jail on a $5,000 bond.  He remained in custody overnight before being released the following day.
