Spencer, IA (KICD) — An 18 year old from Laurens was charged with drug and alcohol violations Wednesday night in Clay County.

A deputy says he stopped 18 year old Kyler Bailey for speeding in the 49 hundred mile of highway 71 around 7:30pm.

In addition to the traffic violation, Bailey was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of tobacco under the legal age.
