Spencer, IA (KICD) — The torrential rains and the resulting back-up, flooded a building on the north end of Spencer this morning. Building material from Morton Buildings washed onto the road this morning, with some of it making across the road into a farm field.

D.O.T. crews have had one lane of traffic on Southbound highway 71 closed for much of the day in the vicinity.
