Emmet County Emergency Managment says volunteers were busy in his jurisdiction all weekend

Estherville, IA (KICD) — Emmet County Emergency Managment Director Travis Sheridan says volunteers were busy in his jurisdiction all weekend too.

The highway 9 bridge was closed for a time, but Sheridan says that was because of flooding at the next intersection to the East, not a problem with the bridge itself.
