Estherville, IA (KICD) — The Emmet County Emergency Management Commission met yesterday and has lowered the speed on county lakes to 5 miles per hour just as Dickinson County did last week.

Palo Alto County Emergency Management Director Kayla Hagen tells KICD News the speed has been limited to 5 miles per hour on Lost Island Lake and Five Island Lake in her county.
