Spencer, IA (KICD)— At Thursday morning’s Clay County department heads meeting Sherif Chris Raveling gave an update on the county’s Jail.

Raveling says he’s never seen traffic this bad in the county.

City officials and the Spencer Fire Department are currently inspecting buildings for structural issues. All structures marked with a red X and circle around it. Is deemed unsafe and should not be entered.
