Spencer IA, (KICD)— Black Hills Energy has been busy working to restore natural gas service in Spencer after the flood.

Senior Community Affairs Manager at Black Hills Energy Nicole Breitbach spoke with KICD about some of the restoration work they’re doing in Spencer.

So far Black Hills has returned has restored service to nearly 500 homes and businesses.
