Arnolds Park, IA (KICD) — The Dickinson County jail was full of minors Saturday morning.
The Arnolds Park Police Department conducted one of their periodic bar checks looking for underaged drinking Friday night. Chief Al Krueger tells Northwest Iowa Now that fifteen individuals were arrested with all but one being taken to jail. The other juvenile was released to the custody of a parent.
There were fifteen charges of possession as a minor, eleven cases of using a fake ID, and one charge of public intoxication.
Arnolds Park Police were assisted by officers from the Okoboji and Milford Police Departments, Dickinson County Sheriff’s Department, and Iowa State Patrol.
