Spencer, IA (Northwest Iowa Now) — Spencer Police Chief Mark Warburton wants the public to know they’ll be training at the Middle School Tuesday and Thursday of this week.

Last month the regional High Risk Entry and Arrest – or HEAT team – did training at the practice tower in Spencer.
