Spencer, IA (KICD) — Spencer city department heads are out with their August reports. Police Chief Mark Warburton says with several unfilled positions, his officers are busy.

Warburton also updated the city council on repair work at the police station following the flood.

 

Fire Chief Jesse Coulsen says emergency calls continue their upward trajectory – a trend that started before the flood.
