Spencer, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — The Spencer Park and Recreation Department is getting back to some projects it planned before the flood.  Director Bob Fullhart says one is re-establishing natural vegetation along the bike trail.

Fullhart tells Northwestiowanow.com they’re also focusing on fishing opportunities at Stolley Park.

Fullhart says it still appears that the Aquatic Center was not seriously damaged in the flood and will be ready for use next summer.
