Spencer IA (Northwest Iowa Now) — During the Clay County Board of Supervisors meeting there was a progress update on the Iowa Great Lakes Trail. Brian Schmidt with Kruse, Cate, & Nelson Engineering says the trail is complete from Fostoria to the county line.

 

The end goal of the Iowa great Lakes Trail is to connect to the trail in Dickinson County.
