Spencer, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — The Spencer Chamber of Commerce annual leadership program has begun a new session, Executive Director Sharifa Jones says there’s both a name change, and format change.

Jones is excited to bring an actual leadership component to the program.

 

 

There are eight participants enrolled in the Clay County Leadership Institute.
