Estherville, IA (northwestiowanow.com) — Two men have been charged with possession by Emmet County authorities in two different cases.

Sheriff Mike Martens says 22-year-old Zakery Wollmuth of Sibley was taken into custody when a Deputy was handling a child custody case North of Estherville and observed the presence of illegal substances. Wollmuth was charged with 3rd offense possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

In the other case, the Sheriff’s department executed a search warrant at 601 8th Street in Armstrong and substances were reportedly found. 39-year-old Joshua Gardner was arrested for 3rd offense possession of marijuana, 3rd offense possession of THC Wax, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
