Spencer, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — Spencer Police Chief Mark Warburton had the September stats during last week’s city council meeting.

 

Warburton says a tight job market is getting worse, with only one candidate emerging from an aggressive effort by a consortium of seven agencies.

 

And, Warburton reports, his department will soon be moving temporarily to city hall for major repair work at the PD Headquarters on North Grand Avenue.
