Storm Lake, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — Storm Lake police were called to the scene of a one vehicle accident Saturday morning. The driver struck a tree in the 600 block of Hudson Street and fled.
18-year-old Rambo Jacky turned himself in a couple of hours later and was charged with first offense OWI, public intoxication, reckless driving, and failure to maintain control.
It also turns out the car was stolen from the 500 block of 7th street, so Jacky was additionally charged with theft of a motor vehicle.
