Milford, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — With a community vote on a sixty-nine-million-dollar bond issue looming in two weeks, the Dickinson County Taxpayers Association is holding a informational meeting at the Milford Community Center Wednesday (October 23) from 6 to 7:30.
The meeting is in addition to ones already held by the school district that included tours of the current elementary building – portions of which are over a century old.
School board members, administrators, the architect, and bond experts will give presentations and answer questions.
The issue requires sixty percent approval November 5th for passage.
