Spencer, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — The flood struck just days ahead of Fridley Theatres unveiling their new concept restaurant and theatre at Southpark Mall in Spencer.
Four months later, CEO Russel VanOrsdell tells Northwestiowanow.com construction crews are working feverishly to open next week.

 

 

While the restaurant will likely not be ready to go, VanOrsdell hopes to have the concession stand operational, and seven of nine auditoriums showing both new films, and ones that were popular in the interim.
