Spencer, IA (NorthwestIowaNow.com) — Repairs and updates at Spencer Parks continue after the flood, and Parks and Recreation Director Bob Fullhart fills us in on the progress.
Fish habitat at Stolley Park also sees improvements.
Some of the walking and biking trails still need repairs, but more are now open for public use.
Fullhart says Ash Tree Removal is an ongoing process and will still take some time.
Disc Golf course, camping and splash pad progress experienced a bit of a set back with the flooding, but Fullhart says they are still on track, and expects to see designs for the Splash Pad in November.
