Estherville IA, (Northwest Iowa) –On October 19th around 3:00 AM an Emmet County Sheriff’s Deputy observed a vehicle pulled into a farmstead driveway in the 1800 block of 350 Ave. After investigation of the vehicle, it was determined the driver had a suspended license and did not live at that location. After more investigation there was the discovery of controlled substances and drug paraphernalia.

As a result, 35-year-old Alejandro Garcia was placed under arrest and transported to the Emmet County jail and was booked for possession of controlled substance marijuana second offence possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license and failure to provide proof of financial liability.
