Watertown, SD (northwestiowanow.com) — Former Spencer City Manager Amanda Mack is on to another community. Mack is leaving Watertown for Harrisburg. Despite being a much smaller city, Mack says the Harrisburg job offers a new set of challenges.

Mack became Watertown’s first ever professional manager just three and a half years ago.

Mack served as Spencer’s City Manager from 2017 to 2021. Her first day in Harrisburg is January 27th.
