Sheldon, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — A Spencer woman has been charged with illegal drug possession in Sheldon.

56 year old Tamara Ruotolo was pulled over shortly after midnight Thursday morning by an on-duty Sheldon police officer who reported smelling marijuana. After a search of the vehicle Ruotolo was charged with 3rd offense possession of Methamphetamine, 3rd offense possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
