Storm Lake, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — A Storm Lake man already banned from driving because of 3 O.W.I. convictions was charged again after two traffic accidents Friday afternoon. 26-year-old Jonathan Andrade was involved in a hit and run on Lake Avenue, and another in the Walmart Parking lot.

He was charged with another OWI and driving while barred.
