A Dakota City man with a history of fleeing law enforcement – once in Pocahontas County – appeared in federal court Tuesday. 40-year-old Nathan Nickless pled guilty to two counts of possession of methamphetamine with the intent to deliver, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and failure to appear in court.
