The Estherville Lincoln Central has extended a contract offer for Superintendent and it has been accepted. The district announced this morning (Friday morning) that their new top administrator will be Andrew Armstead – the current High School Principal at MVAOCOU in Mapleton. Prior to that Armstead worked in South Dakota.
