a Spencer man was found guilty of federal meth and gun charges. On August 22nd 42-year-old Oscar Navarro -Zepeda of Spencer was convicted by a jury in federal court in Sioux City. Navarro -Zepeda was convicted of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine, possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine session of a firearm by a prohibited person possession of a firearm and the furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.
