102.5 FM and 1240 AM KICD is partnering with the Spencer Reporter and Spencer Municipal Utilities to host a CANDIDATE FORUM Wednesday, October 15th at Spencer City Council Chambers starting at 6:30pm.

Local candidates running for Spencer City Council; Spencer School Board; and Spencer Mayor positions have all been invited to participate. The forum will be broadcast on KICD AM – as well as on SMU cable.
