Spencer Council Gets Estimates on Outdoor Improvements

The final plan for three Park and Rec projects in Spencer is in the hands of the city council. Bolton and Menck Engineers presented drawings and cost estimates for the Aquatic Center, Splashpad, and Campground.  Park and Rec Director Bob Fullhart say there were no surprises.
