Estherville, IA (KICD) — The Estherville City council continues to look at options on a busy intersection just to the North of the library square.
They had considered removing traffic lights in the area, but that concerned a daycare in the area. City Administrator Penny Clayton says they’re looking for a compromise.
And the speed in front of the daycare would be lowered from 25 miles per hour to 20.
The issue will be revisited at the end of summer to see how it’s working.
