Spencer, IA (KICD) — Advance gate admission tickets to the 2024 Clay County Fair are now available. You can purchase them for $8 – with a savings of $4 – if purchased before September 7th.

Gate tickets can be purchased online at www.claycountyfair.com; in person at the Events Center Box Office between 8:30am-5pm; by phone at 515-244-2771; or at 75 locations across northwest Iowa and southern Minnesota. A list of those locations can be found on the fair’s website.

Advance Carnival or VIP Wristbands for Goldstar Amusements Midway can also be purchased in advance. All day wristbands are $25 in advance; VIP wristbands for unlimited rides are $55 in advance.  The wristbands can be purchased at 12 different Godfather’s Pizza locations in Iowa and Minnesota, as well as at www.claycountyfair.com; the Events Center Box Office and by phone.

If you’re wanting to attend the fair for free – fairgoers can take advantage of Spencer Chamber Nights, which offers free admission to everyone every night after 7:30pm.
