Spencer, IA (KICD) — Applications are now being taken for state-provided temporary housing in Spencer. As Governor Reynolds was making the announcement in Des Moines, Deputy City Manager Kevin Robinson was explaining the process on KICD.

Robinson says the American Red Cross is also taking applications this week at city hall.

Applications for temporary housing is at the state of Iowa’s website: Iowa dot gov. Applications for Red Cross Assistance is in person at city hall today, tomorrow, and Friday.
