Spirit Lake, IA (KICD) — Spirit Lake firefighters put out a basement fire just Northwest of downtown Saturday morning. Chief Pat Daly says Lakes Life Skills is manned 24 hours a day, and an employee discovered smoke.

Daly tells KICD News the fire is under investigation.

No injuries were reported.
