Storm Lake, IA (KICD) — The Buena Vista County Attorney’s office says it got forty-three convictions in the month of November. OWIs was the most common crime with eleven defendents found guilty on first offense, and two for being repeat violators. Seven individuals were found guilty of driving with a revoked license, and three driving while barred.
There was one conviction each for: 1st and 2nd offense “possession of marijuana”; and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd offense “possession of Methamphetamine.”
There was also a misdemeanor conviction for a prohibited person carrying weapons.
