Arnolds Park, IA (KICD) — The public has selected the eight University of Okoboji Winter Games Cheerleaders for 2024.

I.G.L. Chamber Program Director Kiley Zankowski says the top vote-getters were: Rob Catlin, Kolette Delperdang, Charlie Leissler, Katie Luinstra, Rob Rodriguez, Brandon Vodraska, Heath Williams, and Vicki Willison.

The newly selected individuals will make their first official appearance at the upcoming banquet for present and past cheerleaders.

The first official Winter Games was in 1981. 1988 was the first year there were official Cheerleaders.
There were THIRTY nominations this year.
