Cherokee, IA (KICD)– Officials in Cherokee have hired a new City Administrator and he is not exactly a new face around town.
Tom Letsche comes to the office following a multiple month search for the top hired position within the city after spending much of his professional life in a management role.
Letsche says the main focus for him as he enters his new role is to help keep existing projects going that will make Cherokee a better community to call home.
Letsche replaces Eric List who resigned from his role as City Administrator in Cherokee back in September after taking a new job in Algona.
