Spencer, IA (KICD) — The City of Spencer is still without a Finance Director. The full city council met in closed session two weeks ago to interview three finalists for the job. Human Resources Director Jessica Wright says the council is torn between two of them. They have been invited back for a second interview that will be conducted this Friday, with the hopes of offering the job to one of them next week.
