Spencer, IA (KICD)– The clean-up process from the most recent winter storm will spill into at least tonight with the City of Spencer planning to spend some time clearing snow from the Downtown Commercial District.

Because of these plans all vehicles are to be out that area starting at midnight to allow for a faster and safer clean-up.

Downtown businesses are also asked to have their sidewalks cleared by tonight with snow pushed into the street.
