Spencer, IA (KICD)– The City of Spencer will host an open house next week to give community members an opportunity to learn more about a proposed project involving the local campground and aquatic center along with plans for a splashpad.

 

Parks and Recreation Director Bob Fullhart tells KICD News while the campground and splash pad ideas would essentially include building new, the pool portion would be more on the upgrade side.

The open house will take place at Spencer City Hall on Monday evening from six to eight.
