Storm Lake, IA (KICD) — The official Sesquicentennial calendar for Storm Lake has been set. Mayor Mike Porsch says they’ve decided to have events throughout the year instead of just one big celebration.

Porsch says the theme for the 4th of July will be “Three Cheers for 150 Years.”

Storm Lake’s official sesquicentennail celebration will be in August, and the city will also be hosting Ragbrai that month.
