Dickens, IA (KICD)– A Dickens man has been arrested on drug charges and multiple active warrants.

A deputy with the Clay County Sheriff’s Office took 48-year-old Michael Daniels into custody Monday evening on a Clay County warrant when he was allegedly found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and methamphetamine. He was also found to have been driving on a suspended license.

Further investigation led to the discovery that Daniels was also wanted on warrants in Dickinson and Palo Alto Counties.

He was booked into the Clay County jail on the warrants and further charged wtih possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, driving under suspension, not having a driver’s license, operatoin without registration, fraudulent use of registration and not having insurance.
