Spirit Lake, IA (KICD) — Volunteers at the Dickinson County Historical Society have added a new area. Director Mary Dreier says it makes research much easier.

The library has been reorganized for better access, and named for local historian Aubrey LaFoy who has donated decades of his own material.

The records and research room are open to the public.
