Spirit Lake, IA (KICD)– The Dickinson County Board of Supervisors were given a look at some preliminary plans for the long awaited Lower Gar Bridge near Milford.

County Engineer Cole Budach told the board there were some good findings when it comes to previous concerns with utilities in the area despite the wider bridge deck.

The bridge project is estimated to cost around 1.1 million dollars with completion currently planned for fiscal year 2025.
