Estherville, IA (KICD) — As KICD News was first to report last week: Emmet County Auditor Amy Sathoff has resigned and will move to Minnesota to be closer to family.  Supervisor John Pluth says they intend to appoint a replacement if the public doesn’t object.

Sathoff’s last day will be October 23rd. Last week she said if the board wants HER recommendation to fill the vacancy, it would be her deputy – Heidi Goebel.
