Emmetsburg, IA (KICD)– An Emmetsburg man has been arrested on an outstanding drug warrant from Woodbury County.

The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office and Emmetsburg Police Department served that warrant carrying charges of controlled substance violation and failure to affix a drug tax stamp last week at home in the 3400 block of 7th Street in Emmetsburg.

David Specketer was ultimately taken into custody on the warrant and further charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, interference with official acts and possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute. He was booked into jail on 50 thousand dollars bond.
